Refund policy

KADI Return Policy
At KADI, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely happy with
your purchase, we are here to make the return process simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns
• Items can be Exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items eligible for returns are defective products only.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused,
unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website,
www.kadiworld.com.

Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items marked as "final sale" are non-returnable.
• Personalized or customized items cannot be returned.
• Any items that do not comply with the return conditions outlined above will not
be accepted.

Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service
team via email at support@kadiworld.com.
2. Prepare Your Item: Repack the item in its original packaging with all original
tags and accessories.
3. Shipping Your Return:
• Within Jordan: Contact support and we will provide you with the return
instructions.
• For GCC Countries: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please
use a reputable courier and retain proof of shipment.

Return Shipping Costs
• Returns within Jordan are free of charge.
• For GCC countries, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
• Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If the return is
approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14
days.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card
provider to post the refund.

Exchanges
• Customers have up to 7 days to exchange eligible products for an item of equal
value.
• The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags
attached, and in its original packaging.
• Any price difference between the original product and the exchanged product
must be covered by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at
support@kadiworld.com within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a
replacement or a full refund.

International Returns
• Currently, we only accept returns from within Jordan and the GCC region. For
international orders, please contact our customer service team to discuss
possible options.

Return Policy Exceptions
• For hygiene reasons, certain items such as [e.g., swimwear, underwear, earrings]
are non-returnable.
